Challenge One

I am glad to take part in this competition again. The first theme deduces me from a comfort zone because sportswear is not that I love. But to make it worthy a podium is a good challenge for me. I've used easy elastic fabrics like lycra, jersey and beflex for this outfit. The color pattern is actual for this season: white, turquoise, dark blue. Unfortunately my sewing machine has toldĀ  me "good-bye" and all outfit is sewed by manual stitches. My model is a JamieShow’s doll Eshe.

Challenge Two

I was glad to the task of the second round, because games is that that I very much love. My inspiration for this dress was game "Assassin's Creed".
And now you can see my model, as an embodiment of this game within the limits of haute couture. Dress have red-white cuffs and a collar and blowing floors. I have painted a fabric for these parts and embroidered it with small red beads. All these reds mean the blood, there is very much blood in the game.
I have made a handbag of the unusual form and have made on it a game emblem.
The protagonist of game always hides the face. I have expressed it in the dress. This is mystery and conspiracy of the assassin's world.
My model is a sybarite doll. As a fabric i've used "wet silk", silk shiffon, jersey (for a lining), artificial skin (for a handbag and a belt), beads. (Shoes is not my work)

Challenge Three

It was a difficult task, but I have put all my creative to resolve it.
I've tried to mix Dior and Elie Saab style. I took a feature from Dior with
use of stratification of a polyester mesh fabric for creation a gradient shade, as in
the collection spring 2011 presented in Paris. The romantic silhouette
of a dress is the core in Saab's collections. I've used this mix to
make the dress and accessories.
For creation of this dress I used natural silk, polyester mesh fabric, a silk
lining and embroidered with beads.
My model is a doll of Ficon.

Challenge Five

For this challenge I've used classical elements of Japanese clothes (kimono/obi) and tried to give them a new look. At first sight it looks traditionally, but consider attentively and you will see that my design only reminds outlines, being absolutely new view on the kimono. Also I made an unusual hairpin for hair and a small origami dragon. My model is a Ficon doll.
